Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the general framework for using the Pulse Intake website and working with Pulse Intake on service implementation.

Service Scope

Pulse Intake provides setup, configuration, workflow planning, and related implementation services designed to help service businesses improve lead intake and follow-up operations. Exact deliverables depend on the agreed scope for each project.

No Guaranteed Business Results

Pulse Intake is intended to improve operational speed, lead visibility, and follow-up consistency. However, no specific revenue, booking, or conversion outcome is guaranteed, because results also depend on response quality, close rate, traffic quality, staffing, seasonality, and other business factors outside our control.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to any required third-party tools, reviewing workflows before launch where applicable, and using the implemented system in compliance with applicable laws, messaging rules, and platform requirements.

Third-Party Platforms

Implementations may involve third-party software providers such as scheduling, messaging, forms, automation, or communication tools. Pulse Intake is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, or policy updates made by those providers.

Payment and Changes

Project fees, add-ons, and any ongoing support arrangements are defined separately before work begins. Requested changes beyond the original scope may require updated pricing, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Intake will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, the service, or connected third-party platforms.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Pulse Intake, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, follow-up messages, and service updates. Standard message and data rates apply depending on your carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Pulse Intake complies with carrier regulations for A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging, including 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) standards. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive services.

Data Retention

We retain submitted inquiry information for up to 24 months to support service delivery, billing, and legal compliance. After this period, data is securely deleted unless you request otherwise or we are required to retain it by law. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the inquiry form.
